Next week there is a Sake tasting event at Samba Steak+Sushi on route 9 in Framingham. Although the write-up on there website spells the word Sake wrong (saki) this event is going to be great. Ruby Wines is working with Samba to provide a night of great Sake and complimentary appetizers and sushi. George Kao is coming up from Mutual Trading in NYC; George, in addition to being a really nice guy, is very knowledgeable on Sake flavors, history, food pairing and any other Sake questions you may have. This is going to be a fantastic event and, starting at 6:30, will be perfect for after work.
